I can usually make the hats within 3-4 days of the order, and then expect an additional 5-8 business days for shipping (Economy option).

All Economy shipping orders are shipped with USPS and take around 5-8 business days ($5). If you purchase the Express option ($15), it will still take me 3-4 days to make the hat, but the shipping will take closer to 2 business days.

I don't make the hats themselves, but I hand-stitch the letters and designs. I hand draw the letter or design on felt, cut it out, and use the blanket stitch to appliqué onto the hats.

The felt color, and thread color are completely customizable. We'd also consider custom colored hats.

The adjustable strap helps the hats fit a range of heads. We’ve seen 4 yr olds who can wear them, but they fit babies 6-24m the best. The denim hats are slightly smaller and fit most 6-12m babies.

We’re considering it! We’ve gotten some requests for this and are considering larger hats that would fit bigger heads.
